The Bear Varimixer RN20 planetary mixer has a good reputation for durability and power.
He has earned his stripes in various market segments including professional kitchens, bakeries and laboratories. The new, powerful motor is extremely quiet, protected by a frequency converter that ensures that the device shuts down under overload and excels when it comes to mixing dough.

The mixer features an electronic Vari-Logic control panel that allows the speed to be adjusted steplessly, while at the same time also offering the option of using the built-in REMIX ™ function to store up to four individual programs.

The variable speed is superior to the conventional mixers. The Bear Varimixer is therefore easy and quick to set at any desired speed.
