The Vector ™ VMC-4H and VMC H4 are the largest Multi Cook Ovens from Alto-Shaam and deliver full-size performance. With a capacity of twice 1/1 GN or 2/3 GN, the ovens deliver maximum performance and flexibility in half the space than a traditional combi steamer.
