The ice cube made by the BREMA ice cube machines has a particularly pleasant and practical shape in which the sides of the flattened cone are somewhat flat. Thanks to the special design, the ice cube can be used in any type of glass.
A very important part of the ice machine that makes solid and sturdy ice cubes are the nozzles: these must be made
made of metal and easy to dismantle. They must give a powerful jet of water to prevent problems with calcification.
The nozzles used by BREMA in the ice cube machines have a special shape that ensures that none
electrostatic charge occurs while the machine is running. That charge would otherwise connect to floating lime molecules,
that would precipitate and cause serious problems, both for the quality of the ice cubes and with the machine itself.
This is why BREMA ice cube machines have fewer problems with lime than comparable machines from other manufacturers.
The operation of the spraying system of our ice cube machines is controlled by a thermostat that measures two temperatures and by a timer. When the evaporator thermostat reaches a certain temperature, the timer is activated which causes the ice cubes to form and the manufacturing cycle is reversed until the evaporator thermostat registers that the ice cubes have completely fallen out of the evaporator. With this system the production cycle is adapted to use in a hot or cold environment and therefore remains
always make sturdy ice cubes of the same weight.
This system offers the guarantee that the ice cubes made are uniform under changing circumstances.
The pump used to spray the water in the evaporator is very powerful, has ceramic
shaft seals and is also low-noise.
Attention before commissioning!
First pour 1 liter of water into the inner barrel! A water softener is recommended for very hard water.
