High quality and high speed ovens

The need for multifunctional equipment in the kitchen is increasing. This prompted the British company Lincat to develop and introduce CiBO. CiBO, the Italian word for “Food”, is produced in England, contrary to what the name suggests.

Fast, small and no extractor hood required

Kitchens are getting smaller, with CiBO you can use three different heat sources, which reduces the footprint of the kitchen. CiBO is a lightweight machine, and allows you to place the machine yourself and prepare products for a low investment. Do you want to distinguish yourself? Then CiBO offers the possibility to serve a product of a high consistent quality.

Cooking programs

Thanks to the possibility of setting the cooking programs in stages, each of the three heat sources can be switched on and off during the cooking cycle to achieve fast cooking results. This results in high-quality, perfectly cooked food in 2 to 3 minutes.
