What is a pre-washer?

A pre-washer rinses the dishes with a powerful stream of water coming from the basket transport machine, at a temperature of around 40°C. This water also contains a small amount of active detergent. The effective pre-rinse system in the PRM pre-washer removes food residues and has the same effect as soaking as soon as the basket is transported to the dishwasher. This has many advantages, especially for dishes with dried-on food residues.
