Safe one-handed operation

• One-handed operation thanks to a special hinge mechanism, which allows the heating element to be swung in and out of the tub easily, safely and comfortably.
• The secure locking position prevents the heating element from accidentally dropping into the hot oil, eliminating the risk of burns – without the need for adjustments with the other hand.
