The Optima 700 series

A heavy-duty series of commercial kitchen appliances with a depth of 700 mm for the catering and hospitality industry. A complete range with over 160 electrical and gas appliances that can be flexibly combined into any conceivable configuration. The special, level-matching coupling strips and drainage channels on both sides of the appliances meet stringent ergonomic and hygiene requirements. The heavy-duty quality and premium design make the Optima 700 series the centerpiece of any kitchen.

Construction:

• Housing and cover made entirely of chrome-nickel steel (material no. 1.4301) / AISI 304
• Visible surfaces with polished and satin finishes, grit size 320
• Buckle-resistant, self-supporting, closed construction with side walls, back wall and bottom
• Cover plate sloped at a 45° angle, designed as a drip edge at the front of the base, 50 mm edges bent at a 90° angle on each side and a 40 mm raised edge at a 90° angle at the rear
• 30 mm raised edge of the cover plate, adjacent to the housing of the appliance
• With tightly welded drainage channels on the sides, 45° slanted design at the front – rounded at the rear (R 30)
• Multi Safe Connect – Easy-to-install system for sealing and connecting adjacent appliances using Multi Safe Connect bars (optional accessories) with thermal protection and integrated moisture barrier, making it easier to move cookware at worktop level
• Cupboard space according to MKN hygiene standard , closed on three sides – rounded edge between the back wall and base (R18)
• Standard prepared for installation of height-adjustable devices or flange feet (optional), 4 castors, 2 rollers (rear) and 2 feet (150 mm, front)
• In addition, the device can optionally be prepared for height-adjustable plinth feet or for mounting on a mounting bridge
• The appliance is fully wired internally for connection to the customer supplied electricity supply with appliance switch in the control panel – all necessary contactors for operation are installed
• Equipped with media supply via pre-drilled half-breakout openings (rear wall bottom left/right, subfloor rear left/right) incl. membrane seal for media supply (depending on the amount of media), matching the size of the opening (breakout opening)
• IPX6 – Protection against powerful water jets

• Electrical connection

Effective area:

• Deep-drawn deep fryer made of chrome-nickel stainless steel, with a 20 mm high safety rim to prevent foaming and boiling over of the oil.
• Seamless and firmly welded into the cover plate.
• Pressed filling marks (min./max.) in the pan for accurate oil filling.
• Deep cold zone beneath the heating elements to trap suspended particles, with a precision-fit oil filter tray.
• Bottom of the pan with angled outlet and welded drain tap mounted vertically downwards.

Heat

• Heating with tubular heating elements made of chrome-nickel steel Ø 8.5 mm, with a low surface load for gentle heating of the frying oil and a longer life of the heating elements.
• The heating element can be completely folded away for easy cleaning.
