Maxima Vacuum Sealer - 40 cm Seal - 42 x 44 x 20 cm Chamber

This mobile vacuum sealer, with its spacious chamber for vacuuming large quantities of food, is a valuable addition to any restaurant or bar. Not only does it prevent waste, but it also extends food's shelf life. Another advantage of using this professional packaging machine is that you save space in your refrigerator or freezer. The compact vacuum bags take up less space than, for example, plastic storage containers or GN containers. Because the air is removed from the food, it stays fresh and lasts longer. This floor-standing model features a fully automatic packaging process.

Easy to operate

Thanks to its wheels, this professional packaging machine is easy to move. Its brakes ensure stability and security. The user-friendly control panel allows you to configure the packaging machine entirely to your needs. You can choose the vacuum pressure, sealing time, sealing temperature, and cooling time. In just a few steps, you can package food airtight: place the food in the vacuum bag and place it on the sealing bar with the opening facing up. Close the lid and set the machine. Moments later, a neatly compact package is in the packaging machine, ready to be placed in the refrigerator or freezer.

Simple cleaning

When you purchase this catering packaging machine, the oil reservoir is already filled. You'll also receive a service package with vacuum oil, lubricant, and other accessories to properly maintain the machine. Thanks to the stainless steel housing and chamber, the vacuum sealer is easy to clean. Add a mild detergent to water and wipe the machine clean with a damp cloth. Wipe everything clean with a dry, soft cloth.
