Maxima Potato Peeler 20 kg - 400 kg/hour - Built-in Timer

If you work in the hospitality industry, you know that peeling potatoes takes a lot of time. Additionally, manual peeling is less efficient due to vegetable waste. This professional peeling machine is highly suitable for peeling large quantities of potatoes and carrots. The durable and wear-resistant stainless steel peeling plate features a special design that ensures a long lifespan. Thanks to the continuous movement within the peeling machine, potatoes are peeled evenly. This professional potato peeling machine has a filling capacity of 20 kg. This means you can produce approximately 400 kg of peeled potatoes or carrots per hour. Onions are not suitable for peeling in this machine.

Easy to operate

To monitor the peeling process, you can look through the transparent top cover. Inside the peeling machine, the peeling wall is made of the durable material carborundum. This device is very easy to operate using the mechanical start and stop button. The potato peeling machine also features a handy timer with a rotary knob. Working safely is important in the catering industry, which is why there is a safety switch in both the lid and the front door. The peeling machine is equipped with a stainless steel filter basket and a filter to catch any residue. It takes approximately three minutes for a cycle to complete and for you to remove the peeled vegetables. If you put diced vegetables into the peeling machine, they will come out in a round shape.

Equipped with rubber feet

This luxuriously finished potato peeler is easy to clean thanks to the stainless steel parts. The peeling plate, housing, lid, and pan are all simple to remove and clean.
