Maxima Freezer - 700 L - 3 Adjustable Racks (2/1 GN) - Stainless Steel - with Glass Door

To keep your food fresh and stocked, a freezer is essential for any restaurant or bar. Freezers are available in various designs; this freezer is made of stainless steel and has an attractive glass door. This allows you to immediately see where the products you need are and how much stock you still have on hand.

Energy-efficient freezer

This freezer not only looks great but is also energy-efficient. The freezer walls have 6 cm of insulation and a ventilated cooling system for even cold air distribution. It features energy-efficient LED lighting strips inside, making your products clearly visible and easy to reach. The doors are equipped with a magnetic door seal and heated door seals. This ensures automatic door closure and prevents frost buildup. The auto-defrost system activates every 6 hours. This defrost cycle collects water in the freezer and sends it to the motor where it evaporates. This prevents frozen walls and food from sticking together in the freezer.

2/1 GN racks

An added benefit of this freezer is its customizable layout. Unlike many freezers, this one has removable racks. You can position the racks at the desired height and extend them to create more shelves. The runners are height-adjustable in approximately 5 cm increments. The racks have a stain-resistant coating and a raised edge at the back. This prevents products from resting too close to the back wall and ensures proper circulation of cold air within the freezer. The freezer is also equipped with a lock, so you can store your frozen products safely.

Portable freezer

Most freezers are large and cumbersome to handle. However, this freezer is equipped with four casters, the front casters of which have brakes. This makes it easy to move and also simplifies cleaning underneath and behind the freezer. Cleaning the freezer regularly will also extend its lifespan. Make sure the freezer is empty and unplugged. Clean the interior, racks, door, and door seal with a soft cloth, water, and mild detergent. You can clean the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. This will extend the lifespan of your freezer.
