NordCap refrigerated workbench, 3 compartments CRIO HPM 3-7051

The NordCap CRIO HPM 3-7051 refrigerated counter is a reliable and efficient solution for any professional kitchen, designed for intensive use and optimal food storage. This three-compartment model features six stainless steel drawers with a three-chamber balloon seal and stainless steel handles, and is suitable for GN 1/1. The refrigerated counter offers flexible installation thanks to its front ventilation and extraction, allowing for both built-in and under-counter installation. This is the basic version without a worktop.

The CRIO TECH display control provides precise cooling control. This system includes:

• Temperature control and 3-stage humidity control.
• Turbo cooling cycle for rapid cooling.
• Intelligent "Airflow" system for even temperature distribution.
• Bluetooth technology for HACCP APP control via the Alpeninox Fridge Control APP.
• Integrated HACCP storage and compatibility with external diagnostic systems (RS 485 interface, Modbus and Carel protocols).
• Connectivity for real-time access via IoT and Ethernet Remote and data monitoring (optional accessory required).
• On/off switch and acoustic and optical alarm function.

Ease of use and hygiene are paramount. Rounded corners and internal air baffles contribute to optimal hygiene and air circulation. Automatic defrost (if necessary) and automatic condensation evaporation (hot gas) minimize maintenance. For deep cleaning or servicing, the machine can be fully extended. This model is equipped with an exposed evaporator.

Flexibility can be expanded with optional GN 1/1 telescopic drawers in various configurations (2 x 1/2, 3 x 1/3, or 1 x 1/3 + 1 x 2/3). A version with a right-side machine compartment (MFR) is also available; please inquire about the options.

Standard accessories include:

• 4 x Legs, CNS, height adjustable.
