The fryer is made of a solid construction, mainly made of stainless steel. Pitco quality integrated into any kitchen arrangement. The Solstice deep fryer comes standard with a simple 'Milivolt' operation.
More efficiency: through the use of flame pipes, the heat transfer is 30% more than with deep fryers that are heated from below. The larger surface area transfers heat to the frying fat faster and more evenly, which results in more efficiency and the products absorb less fat.
Faster baking and short recovery time: thanks to the innovative conductor system in the flame pipes, the flames are on the road for longer and are guided to the outside of the pipes. As a result, more heat is extracted from the flames and radiant heat is generated faster. The burners heat up faster and more heat is released.
Durable: the fire tubes are made of stainless steel and the interior of a special stainless steel alloy that is resistant to very high temperatures.
Unique Solstice burner system: the Solstice burner system draws in more air naturally. This gives a better air / gas mix. The air is already preheated because it is sucked in from under the top plate of the cabinet. This keeps the front of the fryer cool, which in turn results in a cooler working environment.
Automatic cleaning system: due to the wide natural intake of air, less dust enters the burners, so that they last longer. An automatic cleaning system in the burners ensures that the burners remain clean and efficient due to combustion before igniting the pilot flame.
