Pitco gas fryer 35C+S Millivolt steel pan

• Baking capacity: 45 kg/h

This powerful and reliable fryer has been developed for frying large portions in a short timeframe, making it ideal for cafeterias and lunchrooms. Thanks to improved burners, the Pitco fryer has become more energy-efficient. The oil pan is pressed under high pressure, meaning it has no welds, making it more hygienic to use and easier to clean. Below the flame tubes is a cold zone where grease and crumbs are collected and burn less quickly. This significantly extends the lifespan of the frying oil. The front and back of the fryer are made of stainless steel and come standard with thermostatic temperature control. This gas fryer runs on natural gas.
