Rhima pass-through dishwasher -DR59 - standard version

With a front loader, the baskets with dishes are lifted in and out of the machine. This is a considerable physical burden, especially if many baskets with cups, saucers and/or plates are washed. That is why the choice for the type of dishwasher is not only made on the basis of the number of baskets to be washed, but also takes into account the working conditions in the scullery. Choosing a pass-through dishwasher is then a conscious choice, where you will enjoy good working conditions for years to come.

The Rhima DR 59 is a true professional pass-through dishwasher made entirely of AISI 304-18/10 chrome nickel stainless steel. Every wash cycle meets HACCP requirements because the machine is equipped with a thermochrone control: this guarantees that the temperature of the rinsing water is at least 85°C under all circumstances. Every wash cycle therefore has an optically and hygienically clean end result.

With the help of various baskets measuring 50 x 50 cm, the Rhima DR 59 can clean both dishes, glassware, cutlery and kitchen utensils. These fully plastic Rhima baskets are of a very high quality. There is a choice of a large number of different baskets for washing dishes, trays and materials. Special baskets with compartments are available for glasses. The height of the glass determines the height of the glass basket. A major advantage of this is that the baskets are not only suitable for washing dishes but are also ideal for transport and storage.

Model DR 59 has a 90-second wash program and starts automatically when the hood is closed. The dishwasher is equipped with stainless steel wash and rinse arms separated at the top and bottom. The unsurpassed dynamics of rotating wash and rinse arms prevent the dripping of wash water during the rinsing process. The result is fantastically clean dishes. The rounded corners of the deep-drawn wash tank ensure that the machine is easy to clean at the end of the day.

The throughput height of the DR 59 is 410 mm. This makes the DR 59 also suitable for washing materials of gastronorm dimensions such as trays.

An optional external detergent dosing unit works with liquid detergent instead of powder detergent. The detergent dosing unit ensures that the exact required amount of liquid detergent is added to the wash water for each wash. This prevents the use of too much or too little detergent, with all the consequences that entails. For example, too little detergent will give poor results. On the other hand, excessive detergent will result in unnecessarily high costs. The detergent dosing unit also means that the dishwasher no longer comes into contact with the detergent and the chemicals it contains. Liquid soap is also more cost-effective than powder detergent.
