Rhima pan washing machine - DR 180E PLUS, break tank and rinse pressure pump

The Rhima pan and tool washing machines are designed for quick and efficient washing of pots, pans, crates and tools. High operational reliability, simple operation and the highest hygiene result are the most important properties. The Rhima DR 180E has a free passage height of 810 mm and is therefore very suitable for cleaning large materials and baking trays.

The passage height 810 mm is suitable for washing baking trays, stainless steel buckets, large cutting boards, grids of extraction systems, basins, large pans, etc. Due to the internal depth of 675 mm (bake-off) grids can be washed, materials up to 2/ 1 Gastronorm size and all Eurnorm crates (400 x 600 mm). The stainless steel basket has a size of 550 x 675 mm.

The DR 180 E has three wash programs of 120, 240 and 360 seconds and a continuous wash program for heavily soiled materials. Thanks to the electronic control, the three washing programs can be adjusted to the soiling of the materials, so that a perfect washing result can always be obtained. A rinse pressure booster pump with a break tank ensures a constant and intensive rinse, independent of the pressure of the water pipe, so that a very clean end result is always obtained. The machine is also equipped with a thermochronic control system, which means that it is always rinsed with boiler water above 82°C, in accordance with HACCP standards.

The entire machine, including the frame, tank, sieves, filters, etc., is made of high-quality AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel. The powerful 2,000 watt, 3-phase washing pump provides a lot of washing power. The rotating robust stainless steel wash and rinse arms produce high dynamic washing power, avoiding dead spots. Stainless steel wash and rinse arms are also insensitive to chemicals and high temperatures.

This electronically controlled machine works simply by means of touch keys. With one button you select the desired program and start this program. The rest is fully automatic. The control panel shows the selected programme, the time remaining and the temperatures of the wash water and rinse water. Always above 82°C, in accordance with HACCP. This way you have control over the correct operation during the entire washing program.

In order to limit heat loss, not only the door is double-walled, but the entire machine. The DR 180E is also equipped with an energy-saving boiler. If the machine is not used constantly, it is not necessary for the insulated boiler to keep the rinse water at a constant 85°C. Viewed throughout the day, most machines are on standby longer than they are actually working. During this time, the boiler switches back to a lower standby temperature, so that less energy is required to maintain the boiler temperature. As a result, less energy is lost and the heat emission decreases (important for a cool working environment).

An internal cleaning program at the end of the work shift ensures that the washing cabin is rinsed clean. The wash cabin and wash tank have rounded corners. This makes the machine easier and faster to clean.
