With its rounded glass pane and the stainless steel exterior, the Hoshizaki Sushi refrigerated display case, and with it your products presented in the Sushi refrigerated display case, is an eye-catcher for potential customers.

The humidity and temperature are kept at a constant level by means of a unique evaporator. Because Hoshizaki machines do not defrost, no condensation water drips on the presented Sushi. As a result, the presented Sushi does not dry out, the Sushi remains fresh longer and the quality is visible at top level.

The products are easily accessible through the sliding glass windows at the rear of the Sushi refrigerated display case. These glass panels can be easily removed for easy cleaning.

The Sushi refrigerated display cases are available with a compressor unit on the left or right side (front view). The supplied shelves can be inverted to improve the cooling performance.

The Sushi refrigerated display cases are not intended for long-term food storage, but for daily fresh presentation of products. They should therefore be thawed and/or cleaned daily.
