The High Sparkle glass washing machines are designed in accordance with 'Dutch Design', which stands for minimalist, innovative and progressive. These principles are the basis of a new generation of RHIMA glass washing machines especially for a market segment with high demands in terms of design, costs, efficiency, hygiene, ergonomics and sustainability.

COST AND EFFICIENCY

An important aspect in the development of the High Sparkle series is the pursuit of lower operating costs through responsible water use and the reduction of the required detergents. When washing glasses in the hospitality industry, there are two important aspects in the cost structure, labor and breakage of the dishes. With machine washing, the chance of glass breakage is about 25% less than with manual washing.

The High Sparkle gives the best results at low and transparent operational costs. The machines are fully programmable and therefore tailor-made for your work situation.

CONFIDENTIAL

The High Sparkle range has integrated wash and rinse arms. These are identical above and below and therefore interchangeable. In addition, they are self-cleaning and non-clogging. The unique flushing arms are designed in such a way that the spray pattern is optimal at all critical points. Due to a unique design, the 'Anti Drip' connector, the washing water cannot drip onto the clean glassware.

The light-operated door can take four positions; open, two ventilation positions and closed. The smart 'soft start' protects your valuable glassware by starting the machine in a controlled manner so that no breakage occurs due to unexpected movements.

The High Sparkle series also has powerful washing pumps for a top result.

The High Sparkle 40 has a 550 W pump and the High Sparkle 45 and 50 has 650 W.

PLUG AND PLAY

The High Sparkle glass rinsing machines are complete (including drain pump, break tank with pressure boosting pump and dosing devices for detergent and rinse aid) and easy to install.

'ANTI DRIP' CONNECTOR

Loose droplets become spherical and as a result of the capillary action of water a large droplet forms. Due to gravity, these drops fall on the clean glassware.

To avoid this effect, RHIMA has designed a unique 'Anti Drip' connector. This 'Anti Drip' connector has a so-called 'V' pattern which increases the surface area. It is precisely this enlarged surface that prevents the formation of droplets and ensures that the perfect end result is not disturbed.

HYGIENE AND COVID-19 FREE GLASSES

Machine washing of glasses guarantees quality and reduces the health risk for your guests. Washing glasses by hand and polishing them afterwards increases the risk of virus and bacteria transmission.

The High Sparkle glass rinsing machines meet the requirements for a hygienic washing result in accordance with DIN 10511. The DIN standard sets requirements for the temperature and contact time of professional glass rinsing machines.

In addition, the High Sparkle has an extra hygiene program that can be used at the end of the day to give the machine an extra 'self-cleaning'. This, in combination with the hygiene position of the door, guarantees the right hygienic conditions for the next working day.

All glassware, cutlery and crockery that you use in your catering establishment must be washed in accordance with DIN 10511 after each round of use.

Most companies already have a dishwasher in the kitchen for cutlery and crockery, but glassware is cleaned by many behind the bar during the day in the sink with a glass brush. And that is really not enough these days.

SUSTAINABLE

RHIMA follows the philosophy of the circular economy. Definitions often focus on the use of raw materials on the one hand, and on system change on the other. Definitions that focus on resource use often follow the 3R approach:

• Reduce (minimum use of raw materials)
• Reuse (maximum reuse of products and parts)
• Recycle (high-quality reuse of raw materials)

The High Sparkle has been developed within this framework, with an emphasis on the choice of materials to be used. Already 25% of the raw materials is reused in the Netherlands. The government's target is for this to be 100% by 2050.

RHIMA aims to make a significant contribution to this goal with its 3R approach.

ERGONOMICS

The High Sparkle is the 'quiet force' in its class. Due to the low noise level, <60 dB(A), the High Sparkle can be placed in almost any catering environment. A low noise level is especially important in a bar. These RHIMA machines are therefore not only thermally insulated, but also acoustically. Adapted dish racks and a detergent dosing unit complete the installation and complete the concept down to the last detail!
