Thanks to the advanced technology, the ovens work with multiple heat sources such as placed hot air, microwave and direct contact radiation. They are equipped with a ventless system and therefore do not require an extractor hood to operate. The catalytic converter is easy to remove and is therefore easy to clean and maintain.

With a user-friendly touchscreen interface, Prática speed ovens offer intuitive operation and fast settings. This makes them easy to operate for every employee and allows you to better safeguard your cooking processes within your organization.
