Induction hobs are becoming increasingly popular, also in professional kitchens. With an induction hob, the heat source heats up faster and cools down quickly. This saves you a lot of time, but also makes cooking a lot safer. At Horeca.com we offer a wide range of different induction hobs. View the range below, make your choice and order now! Show more
Buy an induction plate
Choosing an induction hob offers many advantages. As mentioned above, an induction plate heats up quickly and cools down faster than a stove. So you can start cooking earlier and therefore start cleaning the induction hob more quickly. In addition to the fact that an induction hob warms up and cools down faster, an induction hob is also hygienic and safe to use. Do not wait any longer and buy an induction plate in the Horeca.com webshop.

Cleaning the induction hob
The big advantage of an induction hob is that it is easy to clean. We would be happy to explain how you can do this easily and simply. The cleaning of an induction hob starts with:
- Cover the plate with a wet warm dishcloth or microfibre cloth;
- Remove food residues as soon as possible to prevent them from caking;
- If desired, use a little washing-up liquid or kitchen cleaner (without lemon and not undiluted) to get the plate even cleaner;
- Dry the plate with a clean dry cloth to avoid streaks.
To avoid damage to your induction hob, do not use scouring pads or abrasive cleaning agents for cleaning. For more detailed advice, consult the cleaning instructions for your induction hob.
