DESCRIPTION

Single-walled dishwasher with electronic control and 3 programs with washing at 55 - 65 ° C and rinsing at 84 ° C. The rinsing temperature is guaranteed by the use of an atmospheric boiler. The dishwasher uses only 2 liters of water per cycle, saving energy, water, soap and rinse aid. The washing result is guaranteed by the powerful wash pump with soft start and the rotating stainless steel washing arms above and below. The rinse pump ensures a constant pressure of the rinse, independent of the tap water pressure. Washing programs can be set to "High Productivity" (80-42-24 baskets / hour) or "ETL Sanitation" (63-42-24 baskets / hour) for extra hygiene. The control panel with touch keys and digital display is clearly visible with both line and corner arrangement. Made from stainless steel AISI304 with smooth surfaces. Internally rounded corners without visible pipes, the seamlessly rounded wash tank is placed at the front for easy accessibility. The washing and rinsing arms are removable for good cleaning. Placed on 200 mm high stainless steel leveling feet. Equipped with a rinse aid pump. The machine is suitable for connection to hot water (50-65 ° C), when connected to cold water, both the heating time and the washing cycle are extended, so that the capacity is reduced. When connected to water at 65 ° C, the capacity can be reduced to 6 kW without loss of capacity.

PERFORMANCE

• Approved by ETL-Sanitation (ANSI / NSF 3 standard) and in accordance with DIN 10512.

• Uses only 2 liters of water per wash cycle, for low energy, water, soap and rinse aid consumption.

• The atmospheric boiler heats the rinsing water to a minimum of 84 ° C for correct rinsing, independent of the water pressure supplied.

• The temperature protection guarantees the required water temperature for both the washing cycle and the rinse cycle.

• The High Productivity Mode with a capacity of 80 baskets per hour (1440 plates per hour) can simply be converted into ETL-Sanitation Mode with a capacity of 63 baskets per hour (1134 plates per hour).

• 3 programs: 45 - 84 - 150 seconds (High Productivity Mode), 57 - 84 - 150 seconds (ETL-Sanitation Mode).
