Adjustable grids

Most freezers are equipped with fixed racks. This limits the number of shelves and their height. This freezer doesn't have this; you can position the racks at any desired height. In this freezer, you can attach the runners in approximately 5 cm increments. The 2/1 GN-sized racks are then inserted into these runners. This 700-liter freezer comes standard with three rack and runner sets, but you can easily expand these by ordering additional racks from the webshop.

Large freezing capacity

This large freezer has a net freezing capacity of 650 liters. The temperature is easily adjusted from the outside of the freezer, so you don't even have to open the door. The freezer's temperature range is from -18 to -22°C and is easy to read on the digital display. The freezer also features a light that turns on automatically when you open the door. You can also lock the door with a key. The doors also close automatically thanks to the magnetic door seal.

Auto-defrost freezer

Baked-on ice is a thing of the past, because this 700-liter freezer has an automatic defrost cycle, also known as auto-defrost. Every six hours, the freezer will start the defrost cycle. The water is collected in the freezer and goes to the motor where it evaporates. This automatic defrost cycle keeps the freezer walls and racks clean, preventing food from sticking. It is important to completely defrost and clean the freezer occasionally. The door seals are heated, preventing them from freezing.

Cleaning the freezer

The auto-defrost function keeps the walls free of ice buildup. This makes cleaning the freezer very easy. Turn off the freezer and unplug it. Empty the freezer; it's best to move any leftover frozen food to another freezer. Once the freezer is empty, clean the interior with water and a mild detergent. Wipe down the interior with a soft cloth and clean the racks. Don't forget to thoroughly clean the door seals. Once everything is clean, dry the interior and all components with a soft, dry cloth. Once everything is clean, you can turn the freezer back on. Because the freezer is made of stainless steel, it will stay in good condition and prevent corrosion.
