The Rhima pan and tool washing machines are designed for quick and efficient washing of pots, pans, crates and tools. High operational reliability, simple operation and the highest hygiene result are the most important properties.

The DR 480E has a large stainless steel basket measuring 1350 x 725 mm and is an ideal machine when washing large quantities of materials, crates or bins, or materials with extra large dimensions. Because the machine can clean more materials per wash, the total washing time per day is shorter, saving on high personnel costs.

The DR 480E has a large stainless steel basket 1350 mm wide. This offers space for 4 Gastronorm containers or 3 Euronorm containers/crates next to each other. The free passage height is 820 mm and therefore suitable for washing a large number of baking trays or crates per wash.

A pressure booster pump ensures that the hot rinse water is rinsed over the dishes with a strong, constant pressure. During the total rinse, no cold tap water is allowed into the boiler, so that the boiler water is constant at 85°C during the entire rinse cycle. The boiler is refilled with cold tap water via a built-in break tank, after the complete rinse has been completed. As a result, the DR 480E is no longer dependent on the pressure of the water pipe. The hot boiler water is no longer mixed with cold water, so that maximum thermal disinfection takes place, the dishes absorb more heat and therefore dry better.

The DR 480E has three wash programs of 180, 360 and 540 seconds and a continuous wash program for heavily soiled materials. Thanks to the electronic control, the three washing programs can be adjusted to the soiling of the materials, so that a perfect washing result can always be obtained. The machine is also equipped with a thermochronic control system, which means that it is always rinsed with boiler water above 82°C, in accordance with HACCP standards.

The self-draining, vertically placed wash pumps ensure that no dirty wash water remains in the pump when the machine is empty.

The entire machine, including the frame, tank, sieves, filters, etc., is made of high-quality AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel. Two powerful 2,700 watt, 3-phase wash pumps provide a lot of washing power. The rotating robust stainless steel wash and rinse arms produce high dynamic washing power, avoiding dead spots. Stainless steel wash and rinse arms are also insensitive to chemicals and high temperatures.

This electronically controlled machine works simply by means of touch keys. With one button you select the desired program and start this program. The rest is fully automatic. The control panel shows the selected programme, the time remaining and the temperatures of the wash water and rinse water. Always above 82°C, in accordance with HACCP. This way you have control over the correct operation during the entire washing program.

In order to limit heat loss, not only the door is double-walled, but the entire machine. The DR 480E is also equipped with an energy-saving boiler. If the machine is not used constantly, it is not necessary for the insulated boiler to keep the rinse water at a constant 85°C. Viewed throughout the day, most machines are on standby longer than they are actually working. During this time, the boiler switches back to a lower standby temperature, so that less energy is required to maintain the boiler temperature. As a result, less energy is lost and the heat emission decreases (important for a cool working environment).

An internal cleaning program at the end of the work shift ensures that the washing cabin is rinsed clean. The wash cabin and wash tank have rounded corners. This makes the machine easier and faster to clean.
