The i5 offers cooking convenience, speed, and versatility per square meter. It's suitable for 99% of all products, including meat, poultry, and fish, both frozen and fresh. 1/1 GN accessories fit easily in the i5 and can be made of metal (stainless steel). The i5 is up to 10x faster than traditional cooking methods. The touchscreen and access to an online database of recipes and programs enhance its ease of use.

When switched on, the oven preheats once to 260°C. During use, adjustable, forced airflows (impingement) from above and below, combined with microwave heating, ensure fast cooking while preserving the quality of your products. The closed system maintains the temperature while consuming only 1 kW/h. This system, combined with the air circulation and built-in catalytic converter, eliminates the need for expensive additional exhaust systems.
