This spacious deep fryer operates on 230 volts and has a standard plug. This makes it suitable for any kitchen, food truck, or chip shop. The deep fryer has an oil capacity of up to 13 liters, allowing you to fry a large quantity of fries at once.
Standard model deep fryer
Unlike most large deep fryers, this one runs on 230 volts. So you don't need a dedicated power supply for this robust deep fryer. The deep fryer is made of stainless steel and has a base for storing items, such as jerry cans of cooking oil. A drain valve is located at the bottom of the deep fryer. This allows you to easily drain the used cooking oil from the oil tank and collect it in a container, for example. The drain valve has a filter to prevent crumbs from being drained. The deep fryer has a cool zone, which prevents food particles from burning in the oil. The deep fryer features a stainless steel basket, a lid, overheat protection, and a safety switch under the heating element.
Simple operation
With this deep fryer, you don't need to perform any complicated steps to fry your fresh fries. Simply fill the oil tank with frying oil between the min and max lines and turn the machine on. The indicator light goes out when the oil is sufficiently heated. This deep fryer takes longer to heat up than an average deep fryer. The thermostat consists of a dial and can be adjusted within a temperature range of 60 to 200°C. When the oil has reached the correct temperature, you can place the fries in the basket. We recommend not filling the basket to the maximum capacity, as this will also delay the cooking time and often prevents even browning. Once the fries are the right color, you can hang the basket on the electrical unit using the bracket at the front. This allows excess oil to drain over the oil tank, resulting in crispier fries.
Regular cleaning
To extend the life of your deep fryer, it's important to change the cooking oil regularly and clean the entire deep fryer regularly. When cleaning your deep fryer, make sure it's turned off, unplugged, and the outside of the deep fryer has cooled down. Place a container or jerrycan under the faucet and let the cooking oil drain. Turn off the faucet when you're finished.
First, remove all detachable parts from the deep fryer and clean them with warm water and a mild detergent. The basket is dishwasher-safe, so you can also put it in the dishwasher. However, we recommend not putting the handle in the dishwasher, as it can turn white and become brittle. Once all detachable parts are clean and free of grease, dry them thoroughly. Clean the oil tank in the same way as the detachable parts. You can place a container under the tap to easily drain the dirty water. If necessary, you can clean the oil tank again. Make sure the tap is closed when filling the oil tank with soapy water. Once the oil tank is clean, dry it with a soft cloth. Do not use a scouring pad when cleaning the oil tank or detachable parts. This will cause unsightly scratches on the stainless steel. Once everything is clean and the drain tap is closed, you can put the loose parts back into the deep fryer and refill it with clean frying fat.
