This set consists of a hood dishwasher, a 500x500 mm "Full Hygiene" basket, and an entry/exit table. With a generous loading height for plates up to 450 mm and an impressive capacity of 20 to 30 baskets per hour, this system guarantees fast and thorough cleaning of the dishes.
The dishwasher is equipped with an advanced three-phase system for washing, draining, and rinsing. Both a drain pump and a rinse pump (with atmospheric boiler) are included as standard to ensure seamless operation.
